Dando inicio alrededor de las 10 hs. Con un retraso de dos horas aproximadamente, debido a la poca concurrencia de atletas hasta ese momento, quedando a la espera de delegaciones que hab\u00edan confirmado su participaci\u00f3n y que nunca llegaron a dicho evento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Se cree que jug\u00f3 en contra la fecha en la que se realizo el torneo de este a\u00f1o, cargado de actividades relacionadas a lo deportivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Participaron alumnos de la Escuela de Taekwondo de Gral.
